CIPTC Teachers hold the following responsibilities:
– Delivering well planned oral-English lessons to build students’ confidence in oral English
– Encourage children to practise spoken English
– Provide student feedback
– Use a variety of materials and teaching techniques to enhance student learning, and engage student interest
– Perform general administrative tasks
– Ensure that students are safe and monitored
– Attend and participate in staff department meetings, workshops, curriculum planning and special school events
Start Date: The majority of roles will commence at the beginning of academic terms in September and February. Some roles will be available on an ongoing basisWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, teaching 18 periods per week.

Selection Criterion: Native English Speakers only.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree Certificate and a 120 hour TEFL Certificate OR reference letter evidencing 2 years of classroom teaching experience
Experience: Any teaching related experience would be preferred but is not strictly necessary
Other: Passport holder from a Native English Speaking Country, clean criminal record
Salary PackageSalary: RMB9000- 12000 per month, dependent on experience.
Accommodation: RMB3000 monthly accommodation allowance or apartment provided
Flights: Reimbursement of RMB8000, paid in two instalments
Meals: Free breakfast and lunch will be provided on workdays.
Sight-seeing tour and activities: Sight-seeing and cultural activities will be organized on regular basis
Other: Start up loan to assist with apartment rental costs, paid training, hotel upon arrival, local medical insurance,free Chinese class and free monthly professional development training,monthly trip will be organized.

China (Shenzhen) International Personnel Training Centre (hereafter referred to as CIPTC) is a deputy bureau (a department under a provincial government) chief level administrative institution, which was established by the Shenzhen Municipal Party Committee and Shenzhen Municipal Government in 1991. CIPTC is committed to training international talents for State Administration of Foreign Expert Affairs (SAFEA) and Shenzhen Human Resource and Social Security Bureau. In compliance with local government demand, CIPTC recruits foreign teachers to enhance public primary and secondary schools' English development to keep pace with the economic development of the region.
CIPTC's goal is to internationalize education in the public sector, and create a relaxed and friendly environment to enable students to gain confidence in their spoken English. Professionalism in teaching is taking seriously, and as part of that they offer regular professional development sessions to assist our staff in their own development, enabling them to reach higher standards both in the short term and in the future.
CIPTC's teacher training program consists of five sections: on-board orientation, professional development, mentorship system, local cultural learning and infusion, as well as counselling.
The Mentorship Program is a platform for experienced CIPTC educators to be paired with teachers who are new to the company to aid them in the orientation of the school culture, classroom management, lesson planning, instructional strategies and professional development. Mentors at CIPTC prove to be good listeners and are trustworthy, caring, responsible and positive.
